Story Focus: I spy someone I can tell about Jesus. By the end of June, we will turn our eyes to helping others see and believe in Jesus the way Peter did. Peter was a very good friend of Jesus. He saw
Jesus do so many things that only He can do. Peter saw Jesus walk on water, heal people, and ultimately die and come back, just like Jesus said He would! God helped Peter see that He wants everyone, even those who are different than us, to see and believe in Jesus too.

Story Focus: I spy someone who believes
in Jesus. There were some who did not believe, as
we will see week three. Paul was against Jesus and everyone who followed Him. But then he met Jesus, and it changed everything. Talking with Jesus, after He died and came back, is what Paul needed to believe. After that day, it became Paul’s mission to do all he could to help others see and believe in Jesus too.

They saw, with their very own eyes, Jesus die, get buried, and then come back! They saw Jesus, talked with Jesus, and ate with Jesus. And, they did this all after Jesus died and came back! They made sure to write all about it so we can see and believe in Jesus too.

Story Focus: I spy God’s Son, Jesus. We are going to start with some men who wrote down what they and others saw with their very own eyes. Luke tells us that Mary saw an angel and what that angel told her would happen really happened! Mary had God’s Son, named Him Jesus, and He grew up to do things only He can do. Matthew, Mark, and John all saw Jesus do these amazing things with their very own eyes. They wrote some of those things down so we can see and believe in Jesus too.

God loves me no matter what. Week three, we will hear a story told by Jesus. In this story, a son leaves his father to go and do things his own way. The son makes a lot of wrong choices, but the father never stops loving him. In fact, when the son returns, instead of punishing his son, the father throws a huge party! That’s how much the father loved the son. Jesus wants us to know that God loves us even more than the father loved the son. God loves us no matter what!
